Job summary

Precision Systems, Inc. in the Washington region seeks a Traffic Analysis/Modeling Project Manager with 8+ years in traffic engineering and a Civil Engineering degree. You will lead production of studies, modeling, and simulations while guiding a team of engineers and external consultants.

Responsibilities include quality control, mentoring staff, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget. Preference for P.E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering required.
• 8+ years of traffic analysis and modeling experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lead engineers and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage traffic engineering studies, modeling, and simulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers.
• Review analyses and provide guidance on modeling submissions.
• Perform quality control reviews of work by juniors and peers.
• Leverage standards and references to deliver high-quality designs.
