Job summary

Dynamic Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to lead traffic analysis assignments and oversee design projects in transportation engineering. You will partner with senior leadership to pursue new contracts and manage objectives, timelines, and budgets for traffic studies and related infrastructure work.

The role requires a PE license, 7+ years of traffic engineering experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license with active status is required.
• Minimum 7+ years of traffic/transportation engineering experience.
• Experience with traffic signal design and timing.
• Experience with signing and striping plans and MOT/Traffic control.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.
• AutoCAD familiarity; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical traffic analysis assignments and production oversight.
• Act as project manager for traffic studies and engineering design tasks.
• Develop and manage objectives, timelines, budgets for projects.
• Prepare traffic impact analyses and technical reports.
• Coordinate with clients, attend meetings, and testify at hearings.
• Supervise engineers and staff; mentor team members.
• Support marketing and business development for traffic work.
• Oversee sub-consultants and ensure QC across studies.
