Job summary

Osaic seeks a Trader, Securities Operations to join our Trading Support team. The role is full-time and hybrid, requiring a minimum of four days in the office at our Oakdale, MN hub.

You will support over 11,000 Financial Professionals nationwide, handling mutual fund procedures, transactions, and inquiries with a customer-first focus. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 2+ years in financial services operations, and a FINRA Series 7 license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years' experience in financial services operations or broker-dealer setting preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as service representatives for the Osaic Network.
• Field inquiries regarding mutual fund procedures and charges.
• Process and facilitate mutual fund transactions from representatives.
• Act as liaison between representatives, Clearing firm and sponsors.
• Reconcile reject/error accounts and process loss billing.
• Quality control of manual trades and corrections processed by traders.
• Acknowledge Trade Rejects/Market Timing Notifications.
• Prioritize information needing immediate attention.
• Ensure timely follow-up concerning all issues and inquiries.
• All other duties as assigned.
