Job summary

Osaic seeks a Customer Service professional to support our Equity Trading team. You will help Financial Professionals with equity and option transactions, trade inquiries, and guidance on platform use.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses, and strong communication skills. This hybrid position is based at one of our hubs, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or contact center experience.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Service the trading needs of representatives for the Osaic Advisor Network
• Process and facilitate equity and option transactions from representatives
• Field inquiries regarding securities, policies, quotes, and fees
• Diligently process trade errors for firm and representatives
• Timely review of transactions for alignment with market and firm guidelines
• Prioritize information that needs immediate attention
• Ensure timely follow-up concerning all issues and inquiries
• Other duties as assigned
