Osaic seeks an Equity Trader to engage with our network of over 11,000 Financial Professionals nationwide. You will support equity trading activities, place trades, process trade errors, manage risk, and provide platform guidance.

The role emphasizes collaboration, fast learning, and delivering best-in-class service in a hybrid office environment. Minimum 1+ year customer service experience; FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses required; strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with experience accepted.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service the trading needs of representatives for the Osaic Advisor Network.
• Process and facilitate equity & option transactions from representatives.
• Field inquiries regarding general knowledge of securities, policies, quotes, and fees.
• Diligently process trade errors for firm and representatives.
• Timely review of transactions for alignment with market and firm guidelines.
• Prioritize information that needs immediate attention.
• Ensure timely follow-up concerning all issues and inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.
