Job summary

Osaic seeks an experienced customer service professional to support our Equity Trading team. You will engage with over 11,000 Financial Professionals nationwide, processing trades, answering policy and fee questions, and guiding platform navigation with a focus on accuracy and client service.

Role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to work in a hybrid environment with 4 in-office days per week. FINRA licenses (Series 7 & 63) are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with significant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 1+ years of customer service or contact center experience.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Service the trading needs of representatives for the Osaic Advisor Network.
• Process and facilitate equity & option transactions from representatives.
• Field inquiries regarding general knowledge of securities, policies, quotes, and fees.
• Diligently process trade errors for firm and representatives.
• Timely review of transactions for alignment with market and firm guidelines.
• Prioritize information that needs immediate attention.
• Ensure timely follow-up concerning all issues and inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.
