Job summary

Valstro is seeking a Support Lead, Trading Platforms to own support for our next-generation sell-side Order Management System (OMS). This role sits at the intersection of trading, technology, and client service.

You will be responsible for supporting mission-critical trading workflows used by broker-dealers and capital markets firms. This role emphasizes production support in a fast-paced environment and collaboration with traders, operations teams, technology, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or operations roles in trading.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with production incidents and ambiguity.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and trading domains.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for production issues impacting client trading workflows.
• Investigate order lifecycle, routing, execution, and position issues.
• Coordinate incident resolution with internal teams.
• Maintain and improve support runbooks and processes.
• Provide regular updates to clients during investigations.
