The role focuses on improving how the trading platform operates by building scalable processes, driving automation, and coordinating cross-functional programs across engineering, product, support, and operations. The position emphasizes ownership of release execution, operational programs, KPI reporting, and automation initiatives to ensure reliable releases and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical operations, release management, or platform programs.
• Experience turning manual processes into repeatable systems and runbooks.
• Strong ability to coordinate across engineering, product, support, and operations.
• Proven written communication, status updates, and release notes quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive releases from code complete to production with cross-team handoffs.
• Design and operate cross-functional operational programs with measurable results.
• Track platform KPIs and maintain reporting cadence for leadership.
• Develop automation projects and runbooks to reduce reliance on individuals.
