Job summary

Saragossa is seeking a senior support professional for its specialist credit trading software. You’ll own core platform areas such as trade workflows, fund onboarding, permissions, and data consistency.

With a small team, your impact is visible as you manage problems end-to-end and work directly with clients. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering to shape platform evolution and gain broad exposure across OMS, trade workflows, fund structures, and onboarding throughout the investment

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise software support is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial products helpful.
• Excellent communication with clients and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own core areas of the platform day to day: trade workflows, fund onboarding, permissions, and application consistency.
• Own problems end-to-end and drive fixes without hand-holding.
• Directly engage with clients without layers of account management.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to evolve the platform.
• Understand exposure across OMS, trade workflows, fund structures, data, and onboarding.
