Job summary

Group One Trading is seeking an Application Support Specialist to ensure the reliability of our proprietary electronic options trading platform. You will monitor production, diagnose issues, manage incidents, and work closely with traders and developers to keep systems market-ready.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role.
Experience with system monitoring tools & techniques.
Deep technical troubleshooting skills for proprietary software on Windows Servers.
Willingness to learn trading concepts and market data feeds.
Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Monitor production and diagnose issues on the proprietary trading platform.
Manage incidents and ensure the platform is ready for market hours.
Collaborate with traders, developers, and cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
Document support processes and incidents in JIRA; contribute to wiki-based documentation.
