Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join the Nadex team, supporting regulated derivatives trading environments. You will ensure availability, stability, and performance of production and demo systems while owning operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.

In this hands-on role you’ll handle production monitoring, incident triage, and collaboration with Development and QA to drive timely resolutions.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience supporting production software and trading platforms.
Hands-on SQL and relational database experience.
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, data feeds, and log/metrics tools.
Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills in an SLA driven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical point of contact for partner channels and respond to incidents.
Provide remote production and demo trading environment support and monitoring.
Execute daily operations including contract scheduling and EOD/Start-of-day procedures.
Triage, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of production incidents.
Monitor performance and implement tuning to maintain exchange operations.
Assist with version upgrades, deployments and release validation.
Maintain runbooks and ensure clear shift handovers.
Develop automation to streamline workflows.
Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure and partner teams.
