Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking an Application Support Engineer to ensure the availability, stability, and performance of production and demo trading environments. You will work hands‑on in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical setting, owning operational excellence and collaboration with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in production or trading support, strong SQL skills, and experience with monitoring and incident management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in production software support or trading/financial services environments.
• Experience with trading platforms, exchanges, or real‑time transactional systems.
• Hands‑on SQL and relational database proficiency for debugging and data extraction.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, data feeds, and log/metrics tools for troubleshooting.
• Strong incident‑management skills in SLA‑driven settings.
• Clear written and verbal communication to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote production and demo trading environment support with high availability.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents; follow escalation and post‑incident review processes.
• Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks; implement tuning recommendations.
• Assist with upgrades, deployments, and validation of releases with Dev/QA teams.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and ensure smooth shift handovers.
