• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years supporting applications, production systems, or reliability engineering in financial services.
• Experience managing production incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of trading systems, investment platforms, market connectivity, and settlements.
• Experience with application monitoring, alerting, and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, scripting, batch processing, and production support.
• Familiarity with change management, testing, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead reviews of application health, platform reliability, and operational processes.
• Enhance monitoring and observability with dashboards and alerting.
• Define KPIs for availability, reliability, and performance.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and drive remediation efforts.
• Partner with technology teams for proactive fixes and automation.
• Coordinate issue escalation and stakeholder communication during incidents.
• Provide day-to-day support for wealth management and trading applications.
• Support release management, deployments, and production validation.
