Role includes monitoring, incident resolution, data analysis, onboarding, access reviews, and coordination with vendors. 5 days on-site in NYC; contract 3–6 months with extension potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business analytics, CS, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support trading and middle-office applications.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents and user issues.
• Analyze data, logs, and reports to identify problems and trends.
• Perform user onboarding, access reviews, and operational controls.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal technology teams to resolve issues.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and new business initiatives.
• Create and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
• Participate in after-hours support rotations as experience grows.
