Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in application or systems support, preferably in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for business-critical applications.
• Work closely with business users, development teams, and third-party providers to investigate and resolve issues.
• Monitor application performance and proactively improve monitoring tools, thresholds, and alerting.
• Investigate incidents and ensure issues are identified, communicated, and resolved appropriately.
• Manage application configuration and reference data changes.
• Contribute to software development and enhancements across applications and supporting tools.
• Implement smaller development changes initially, with opportunities to take on more complex development work over time.
• Support a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, accuracy, and reliability are essential.
