Trillium is a leading proprietary trading firm seeking a Trading Operations Analyst to ensure the firm’s trading infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently. You will serve as a critical link between traders and the technical support team, helping to resolve real-time issues and manage workstation configurations.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to triage and resolve technical issues under pressure.
• Familiarity with Windows-based systems and desktop support best practices.
• Comfortable interacting with end users in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a tech support, IT help desk, or operations role preferred.
• Exposure to trading or financial services environments a plus.
• Bachelor Degree in IT, CIS, CS, or related-area.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for trader technical inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Troubleshoot and escalate IT-related issues affecting traders and staff.
• Assemble and configure new trader workstations, including hardware and software installation.
• Maintain and regularly audit system performance across trader machines.
• Manage trading floor logistics, including seating chart updates and workstation relocations.
• Maintain and update records in the internal ticketing system for technical issue resolution.
• Attend Feature Prioritization meetings to provide context on trader issues and support prioritization.
• Provide troubleshooting and escalation support for proprietary trading applications.
