Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an IT Support professional to assist trading floor users on Windows environments, Citrix, and standard productivity tools. You will install and maintain hardware and software, diagnose issues, and collaborate with end users to optimize configurations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ IT experience, ideally on trading floors.
• Hardware knowledge for laptops, desktops, servers, networking.
• Experience with Windows 10 and MS Office 2013/2016/2019/365.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and SQL Client.
• Experience with Perforce; PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Support trading functions of Corporate Investment Management, GBAM.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for end users.
• Resolve complex issues with moderate supervision.
• Consult with end users to determine optimal configurations.
