Bank of America is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to support moderately complex trade processing and reconciliation for client accounts. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration with Investment Managers and Financial Advisors.

You will monitor workflow, ensure bookings are correct, and engage leaders to resolve issues. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in broker-dealer operations with QA knowledge.
• Experience as a lead in an operational environment or high-performing GWIM Service Operations Representative.
• Able to provide clear examples of teamwork, analytics, time management and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel including formulas, macros and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Handle moderately complex transaction processing with medium to large monetary impact.
• Respond to client inquiries across channels to support efficiency and service quality.
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex transactions, escalate when needed.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities for process improvements.
