Job summary

System One seeks a Desktop Support Specialist to be on-site in Washington, DC, supporting trading floor operations and end-user IT needs. You will handle Windows desktops and laptops, Bloomberg or similar market apps, printers, and network issues, with shift and some weekend coverage.

US citizens, Green Card holders, or H-1B visa holders willing to transfer are preferred. This W2 salaried role offers full benefits and requires on-site work with the possibility of relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with trading floor IT support environments.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Intex or similar market data apps.
• Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Support trading floor operations and end-user IT issues.
• Maintain Windows desktops and laptops, Bloomberg, Intex, or similar apps.
• Troubleshoot hardware, printers, peripherals, and browsers.
• Resolve end-user network issues and Zscaler problems.
• Manage devices with SCCM and Intune.
• Cover alternate shifts and occasional weekend work.

Duties

• Trading floor operations support


• Support Windows desktops and laptops, Bloomberg, Intex or similar market apps , Microsoft 365 and Office apps.


• Troubleshoot PC hardware, printers, peripherals, and browsers.


• Troubleshoot end user network issues and Zscaler client problems.


• Manage devices with SCCM, Intune or similar tools.


• Escalate to network, infrastructure and app teams when needed.


• Cover alternate shifts and planned or urgent weekend work.

Required

• Actual experience with trading floor operations support ( IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support Technician, IT Technician, etc ), Bloomberg, Intex or similar market apps


• SCCM, Intune or similar, Zscaler, ServiceNow, Jira


• Onsite work with shift and weekend coverage as needed.
