System One in Washington, DC seeks a Desktop Support Specialist to provide onsite IT support on a trading floor, serving traders and VIP users with fast, reliable resolutions.

Role requires experience with Bloomberg/Intex or similar market apps, SCCM/Intune, Zscaler, ServiceNow and Jira, plus flexibility for shift and weekend work. W2 salary with full benefits is offered.

• Escalate to network, infrastructure and app teams when needed.
• Cover alternate shifts and planned or urgent weekend work.

Desktop Support Specialist

Onsite desktop support for a trading floor. First point of contact for traders and other VIP users. Resolve most desktop, device, app, print and network issues without escalation. Downtime has direct business impact, so fixes must be fast and accurate.

Must be able to work on site in Washington, DC - no remote work ( if non local must be able to relocate on your own ).

Applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders or current H-1B visa holders willing to transfer their visas ( H-1B visa transfer ).

W2 salaried role with full benefits - no contractors, no 3rd parties.
