Job summary

System One is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join on-site in Washington, DC. The role provides full benefits as a W2 employee; contractors and third parties are not eligible.

You will handle trading floor operations support and maintain Windows desktops, Bloomberg and other market apps, plus MS 365. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, printers, browsers, and end-user network issues, and managing devices with SCCM/Intune.

Qualifications

• Actual experience supporting trading floor IT helpdesk environments.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Intex or similar market apps.
• Experience with SCCM/Intune, Zscaler, ServiceNow, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Support trading floor operations.
• Support Windows desktops, Bloomberg, Intex and market apps; Microsoft 365 and Office apps.
• Troubleshoot PC hardware, printers, peripherals, and browsers.
• Troubleshoot end-user network issues and Zscaler client problems.
• Manage devices with SCCM, Intune or similar tools.
• Escalate to network, infrastructure and app teams when needed.
• Cover alternate shifts and planned or urgent weekend work.
