SCS Financial seeks a Trading Associate to join our team for trade execution and operational support across client accounts. The role will involve monitoring workflows, resolving breaks, and assisting with rebalancing and cash management.

You will use RedBlack and Salesforce and contribute to automation efforts using Python, VBA, and Power Automate. The position values accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork, with a base salary in the market range and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in financial services, trading support, or related role; entry-level with coursework considered.
• Strong Excel skills; accurate work with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building, executing, and allocating trades across client accounts.
• Monitor daily trading workflows and ensure timely completion of activity.
• Research and resolve trade, position, and cash breaks with teams and custodians.
• Assist with rebalancing, cash management, and portfolio maintenance.
• Support cash management workflows and follow-up with advisory teams.
• Utilize RedBlack, Salesforce, and other platforms for daily trading support.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python, VBA, and Power Automate.
