Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking a Trading Associate to support daily trading operations, cash management, and client service across custodian platforms. You will work with advisor teams to ensure accurate trade execution, cash readiness, and timely portfolio updates.

The role requires a 4-year degree in business/finance, strong communication, and familiarity with MS Office and Salesforce. Training and mentoring responsibilities are included for team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to train/mentor others.
• Familiarity with MS Office products and broker-dealer/custodial platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute trading and review daily deposit reports with accuracy.
• Manage daily cash reports and invest as needed; coordinate with advisor teams.
• Maintain client distributions and cash requirements; support monthly fee management.
• Navigate custodian interfaces and advise advisor teams on trade activity.
• Process daily trade requests via CRM/order systems and construct client portfolios.
