Job summary

WireNut Home Services is seeking a dedicated instructor to develop the technical skills, professionalism, and performance of field employees across residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations.

The WN University Instructor will deliver classroom, hands-on, and field-based training, coach employees, assess progress, and collaborate with managers to close skill gaps and reduce callbacks while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service and installation.
• Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, mentor, and develop employees with varying levels of experience.
• Strong understanding of technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation quality, safety practices, and applicable trade codes.
• Ability to deliver engaging classroom, hands-on, and field-based instruction.
• Ability to develop training materials, standard operating procedures, and skills assessments.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
