Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience across multiple channels and brands.
• Ability to manage an integrated editorial calendar across web, email, social, video, and direct mail.
• Experience developing brand messaging while ensuring efficiencies across portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop local marketing strategies addressing market dynamics, competitors, and seasonality.
• Adapt national messaging to resonate with local markets and assets across locations.
• Plan and execute multi-channel lead-generation campaigns aligned with location capacity and sales goals.
• Collaborate with General Managers, marketing teams, agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns and optimize ROI.
• Monitor CPL, ROAS, and other KPIs; report insights and adjust budgets for Retail leadership.
