Qualifications

• Experience in retail marketing leadership and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the retail plan: annual and quarterly sales, growth, staffing, local marketing, and profitability.
• Monitor revenue, labor, COGS, AVT, conversion, and marketing spend; adjust staffing and promotions.
• Plan for seasonality: prepare for peak periods, holidays, promotions, and slower times.
• Report results: update leadership on performance, opportunities and corrective actions.
• Lead the location marketing team: hire, coach, develop, and hold team to standards.
• Set service expectations: greeting, needs discovery, recommendations, handling concerns.
• Build a strong culture: create an engaged team owning results and supporting each other.
• Resolve escalated issues: address customer concerns and use feedback to improve.
