Responsibilities

• Generates revenue by meeting billable hour expectations and logs time accurately.
• Prepares trademark filings to be submitted to the USPTO and coordinates with attorneys.
• Maintains and monitors trademark docket including deadlines; communicates with lawyers and foreign associates.
• Prepares materials for meetings and client presentations; uses PowerPoint to illustrate handling of cases.
• Stays current on USPTO rules and EFT filing procedures and attends training as needed.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
