Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal certificate preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Certified Paralegal a plus.
• Minimum of seven years’ experience as a trademark paralegal at a law firm or five years as a trademark professional.

Responsibilities

• Manages a full docket of trademark deadlines and coordinates with clients and attorneys.
• Prepares and files U.S. and international trademark applications and maintenance documents.
• Conducts in-house trademark searches using TESS, SAEGIS, Corsearch, and WIPO databases.
• Coordinates with foreign law firms on prosecution and enforcement matters.
• Provides professional client communication to collect information and instructions.
• Supervises trademark prosecution tasks handled by external firms.
