Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks an experienced Trademark Paralegal for its Atlanta office to manage deadlines, file U.S. and international trademark applications, and coordinate with foreign firms. Ideal candidates have extensive trademark paralegal experience, excellent communication abilities, and flexibility to work overtime as needed. This is an in-office position based in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; paralegal studies preferred.
• 7+ years experience as a trademark paralegal or 5+ years as a trademark professional.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; deadline-driven.
• Proficiency with USPTO TEAS and ESTTA; experience with WIPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages trademark-related deadlines and sends timely reminders to clients and attorneys.
• Prepares and files U.S. trademark applications and renewals with the USPTO.
• Conducts in-house trademark screening searches (TESS, SAEGIS, Corsearch, WIPO).
• Coordinates international filings with foreign law firms and WIPO.
• Files UDRP complaints with the Forum and WIPO.
• Records assignments, name changes, and lien releases at the USPTO.
