Job summary

FB International Inc. seeks a Project Manager / Coordinator for Trade Shows & Experiential Environments based in New Jersey.

You will manage end-to-end deployment of trade show booths, pop-ups, country pavilions, and retail installations, balancing HQ planning with on-site leadership. This role requires travel to major venues, overseeing live installations, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring seamless handovers to clients while coordinating with design, fabrication, and installation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience plus 2+ years in trade show coordination or related fields.
• Willingness to travel domestically and work flexible hours, including weekends or overnights.
• Ability to read and cross-reference floor plans, CAD elevations, and fabrication drawings.
• Proficiency with standard project management tools and file handling in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp or Rhino.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple trade show exhibits, pop-ups, and visual merchandising environments from kickoff through striking and teardown.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between global clients, internal design/printing studios, suppliers, and on-site field crews.
• Travel to major venues to manage installation windows, direct labor, and on-site client requests.
• Prepare project specifications, material lists, production timelines, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Monitor progress across custom construction, graphics printing, and bespoke furniture rentals.
• Coordinate venue move-in/move-out schedules and support budgets and quotes.
