The role covers logistics, travel and hotel arrangements, display setup/teardown, inventory management, and supporting the Jasco Museum. Associates degree or equivalent experience is required, with at least one year in trade show coordination and strong MS Office/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of trade show or meeting coordination experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support production of trade shows, customer shows, and company events.
• Assist with show logistics, including product displays, signage, literature, and shipping arrangements.
• Arrange travel, hotel, and attire for attendees; manage catering and setup/teardown at events.
• Maintain master trade show/event calendar and track expenses; inventory for shows and museum.
• Support inventory and procurement for conference rooms and promotional materials.
• Assist with corrugated displays and other promotional materials as needed.
