Job summary

Jasco is seeking a Trade Show/Events Specialist to support production of trade shows, customer events, meetings, and the Jasco Store. You will assist with logistics, travel arrangements, and inventory for shows and internal events.

Responsibilities include coordinating contracts, booth updates, displays, signage, and materials; arranging catering, venue setup, and attendance logistics; and maintaining the event calendar with expense tracking. The role requires organization and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1 year of trade show or meeting coordination experience.
• 2+ years with Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with event staff to complete contracts and forms.
• Assist with booth updates, setup, and teardown at shows.
• Arrange travel, lodging, and materials for attendees.
• Maintain inventory of products, props, and display items.
• Support museum inventory, mailing lists, and promotional materials.
