Job summary

Systemair North America is seeking a Trade Show Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our trade show and event program in Lenexa, KS. You will manage end-to-end logistics, timelines, and communications with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, and external vendors.

The role requires hands-on coordination of booth setups, travel arrangements, and post-event reporting to measure ROI and drive future improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in trade show and event organization.
• Experience managing 10x10, 10x20, and larger exhibit programs.
• Experience coordinating show logistics, vendors, and delivery timelines.
• Willingness to travel regionally to trade shows and events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows and events, from kickoff through post-event reporting.
• Build and manage event timelines, project plans, and deadlines to keep activities on track.
• Coordinate all show logistics including registration, booth space, utilities, and freight.
• Manage manuals, exhibitor requirements, and vendor deliverables for accurate execution.
• Oversee shipment and movement of booth properties, literature, and promotional items.
• Serve as primary contact for organizers, contractors, vendors, and internal staff.
• Identify risks early, troubleshoot issues quickly, and implement contingency plans.
• Develop staffing plans, booth schedules, and meeting calendars to support event execution.
• Coordinate pre-show promotion with Marketing including listings, email, social media outreach.
