Job summary

Phoenix Contact USA Inc. is seeking an Events Specialist to support planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, conferences, and events, with a focus on tradeshow logistics and exhibitor support.

You will manage on-site staffing, vendor coordination, shipping, and post-event follow-up, while collaborating with the Events Manager and key stakeholders. Domestic travel up to 30% is required, and a PA driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Events Management or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in supporting tradeshow or event execution in a corporate setting.
• Ability to manage logistics, booth setup, vendor coordination, and staff on-site support.
• Proficient in MS365, event portals, and registration systems; Cvent preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Events Manager in planning and executing tradeshows and conferences.
• Coordinate tradeshow logistics, exhibitor services, shipping, and venue communications.
• Track payments, process invoices, and prepare expense reporting.
• Arrange travel, hotel, group meals, registration, and attendee credentials.
• Support space planning, floor plans, and booth inventory management.
• Collaborate with event team and adapt to changing priorities.
