Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Sr. Corporate Events Tradeshow Specialist to drive high-impact trade shows and strengthen our presence in the HVAC industry. You will own the end-to-end show experience, manage inventories, coordinate services, and contribute to marketing campaigns.

You will work in a hybrid role in Plymouth, MN, with 6–8 years of trade show experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing B2B trade shows.
• Ability to manage show inventories and logistics.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own vertical market trade shows and support senior manager on large shows.
• Oversee exhibit inventory, inventory audits, and booth assets.
• Coordinate show services and exhibit logistics with partners.
• Lead lead capture, follow-up, and performance measurement.
• Maintain internal trade show website with schedules and content.
• Collaborate with marketing on social media campaigns.
