Job summary

Omega Holdings is seeking a Tradeshow & Event Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities across the organization. You will partner with sales, operations, and external vendors to manage event logistics, timelines, and budgets, driving brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of trade show and event planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, corporate events, or marketing events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of company participation in trade shows, conferences, industry events, and customer facing exhibitions.
• Develop and maintain event calendars, timelines, project plans, and planning checklists.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to align event objectives and requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for event service providers and show organizers.
• Manage exhibitor portals, registrations, and service orders.
• Coordinate booth logistics, travel, and on-site schedules.
• Track budgets, process purchase orders, and reconcile expenses.
• Support on-site event execution and improve displays and materials.
