GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a TPA Analyst to develop and manage Trade & Distribution performance reporting and FFS contract scorecards for US Commercial operations. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, support contract governance, and drive continuous improvement across Trade analytics processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in Analytics, Finance or related field.
• Experience with pharmaceutical distribution channel and industry trends.
• Experience in data analytics, SQL programming, relational databases, and desktop tools like MS Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Trade & Distribution performance reporting and FFS contract scorecards with insights for stakeholders.
• Analyze contract and channel performance to identify trends, variances, exceptions and opportunities; communicate findings.
• Execute quarterly FFS payment processes per SOPs and governance processes.
• Conduct research and analysis of customer appeals, distribution events, and performance exceptions to support interpretation of metrics.
• Provide governance recommendations on metric adjustments and cross-functional projects.
