GSK is seeking a TPA Analyst to develop, deliver, and manage Trade & Distribution reporting and FFS contract scorecards that drive actionable insights for US Commercial stakeholders.
You will partner across Market Access, Finance, Forecasting, and trading partners to translate complex data into clear recommendations, improve processes, and support governance through data-driven decisions. This hybrid role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
The TPA Analyst is responsible for developing, delivering, and managing Trade & Distribution performance reporting and Fee-for-Service (FFS) contract scorecards that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders across US Commercial operations. The role applies analytical and business expertise to evaluate customer and channel performance, identify trends and exceptions, support contract governance, and inform tactical and strategic decision-making.
The TPA Analyst serves as a subject matter resource for Trade data and FFS performance, partnering across Market Access, Finance, Forecasting, Business Units, Enterprise Account teams, and GSK trading partners, including wholesalers and distributors. The role requires strong analytical judgment, customer focus, and the ability to influence stakeholders by translating complex data into clear insights, identifying root causes, and recommending opportunities for performance and process improvement.
The role is also responsible for ensuring data accuracy, operational excellence, compliance with applicable controls, and continuous improvement of Trade analytics and contract performance processes. This includes managing relationships with internal and external partners and identifying opportunities to leverage automation, data, and technology to improve reporting efficiency, scalability, and business value.
This role is hybrid; you must be able to work from a United States office part of the week and attend in-person meetings as required.
