Job summary

GSK is seeking a TPA Analyst to develop, deliver, and manage Trade & Distribution reporting and FFS contract scorecards that drive actionable insights for US Commercial stakeholders.

You will partner across Market Access, Finance, Forecasting, and trading partners to translate complex data into clear recommendations, improve processes, and support governance through data-driven decisions. This hybrid role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Trade & Distribution performance reporting and FFS contract scorecards with accurate, timely insights for Account Directors and trading partners.
• Analyze contract and channel performance to identify trends, variances, and opportunities; communicate findings and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Execute quarterly FFS payment processes following SOPs, SOX controls, and governance processes.
• Research and analyze customer appeals, distribution events, and performance exceptions to validate data and interpret metrics.
• Evaluate distribution-related events and contractual performance regularly, supporting governance decisions on metrics or actions.
