Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking an analytics-focused professional to develop and manage Trade & Distribution performance reporting and Fee-for-Service scorecards. The role delivers insights to Account Directors and stakeholders, analyzes contract performance, and ensures data accuracy and governance.

You will lead cross-functional projects, drive process improvements, and support automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with pharmaceutical distribution channels and industry trends.
• Data analytics, SQL programming, relational databases, MS Excel, Macros, and Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving, influencing, and process improvement capabilities.
• Demonstrated communication skills, customer focus, and relationship development abilities.
• MBA/MSIS or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience using SAP, AI tools, and Spotfire for management reporting tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives.
• Ability to integrate, analyze, and disseminate complex data from multiple sources.
• Must be able to work from a United States office part of the week and attend in-person meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and manage Trade & Distribution performance reporting and Fee-for-Service contract scorecards.
• Provide accurate, timely, and meaningful insights to Account Directors, business stakeholders, and authorized trading partners.
• Analyze contract and channel performance to identify trends, variances, exceptions, and opportunities.
• Communicate key findings and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Execute quarterly Fee-for-Service payment processes according to SOPs, SOX controls, contractual requirements, and governance processes.
• Research customer appeals, distribution events, and performance exceptions to validate data and identify root causes.
• Evaluate distribution events and contractual performance and recommend metric adjustments or business actions.
• Serve as a Trade data subject matter resource for cross-functional teams.
• Support cross-functional projects involving Trade, Distribution, Market Access, data, analytics, and customer performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement of analytics and contract performance processes.
• Identify opportunities to use automation, data, and technology to improve reporting efficiency, scalability, and business value.
