Job summary

GSK is seeking a TPA Analyst to develop and manage Trade & Distribution performance reporting and FFS scorecards. You will partner with Market Access, Finance, Forecasting, and Enterprise Account teams to translate complex data into actionable insights.

You will ensure data accuracy, drive process improvements, and support governance decisions while leveraging automation and analytics to scale reporting for US Commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of analytics/finance or related experience.
• Experience with pharma distribution and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Trade & Distribution performance reporting and FFS contract scorecards with insights for stakeholders.
• Analyze contract and channel performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Execute quarterly FFS payment processes per SOPs and controls.
• Research customer appeals and performance exceptions to validate data.
• Support cross-functional projects involving Trade, Distribution, data analytics and forecasting.
