Lipton Teas & Infusions seeks a Senior Manager, Trade Lead to own the end-to-end trade investment agenda and drive profitable growth across its brands in the U.S. market. You will partner with Commercial, Finance, Customer Operations, and IT to optimize spending, forecast performance, and monitor promotions.

This high-impact role reports to the Head of Commercial Excellence and offers visibility to senior leadership as you shape the trade strategy and effectiveness across Lipton brands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Trade Management, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Commercial Finance, or a related discipline within a CPG/FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Trade Investment & Forecasting: Own the monthly trade forecasting and gross revenue planning process across customers and brands.
