Job summary

LIPTON Teas & Infusions is seeking an Associate Brand Manager in Hoboken, NJ. You will partner with Brand Marketing to drive growth across the TAZO and Lipton brands, shaping strategy, and leading initiatives from concept to launch in a fast-paced CPG environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in brand management, a Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business, strong analytics and experience with Nielsen/IRI data, and excellent communication to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in brand management or related roles in the CPG industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deeply analyze brand, category and competitive performance to identify growth opportunities and create actionable recommendations.
• Support execution of the innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, Design and Agencies for seamless launches.
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to inform brand strategies.
• Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives like social, shopper marketing, and e-commerce.
• Support marketing budget management with Brand Managers and Finance.
• Assist annual planning, forecasting and pipeline management to deliver brand growth.
