You will drive revenue through direct selling and strategic distributor partnerships with premium culinary and hospitality networks, mentoring a field team and collaborating with marketing, operations, and finance to maximize ROI. This role offers true market ownership, executive exposure, and the chance to shape regional strategy for a globally sourced portfolio

Competenze

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in CPG / Food & Beverage.
• Hospitality track record navigating multi-unit accounts and distributors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset balancing strategic forecast with hands-on execution.
• Financial acumen: analyze sales trends, manage promotional spend, optimize profitability.

• Revenue Growth: drive regional volume through direct selling and strategic distributor partnerships.
