Job summary

LIPTON Teas & Infusions in Hoboken seeks a Senior Manager, Trade Lead to own end-to-end trade investments. You’ll drive gross-to-net revenue planning and forecast accuracy, partnering across Commercial, Finance, and IT to optimize promotions and drive profitable growth.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence, this high-visibility role demands data-driven insights, system ownership of Blacksmith TPM, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Trade Management or related Finance roles in a CPG/FMCG environment.
• Hands-on TPM experience with Blacksmith or equivalents.
• Strong knowledge of gross-to-net revenue management and forecasting.
• Experience with Circana/NIQ data sources.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly trade forecasting and gross revenue planning process across customers and brands.
• Lead trade program governance within the TPM platform and ensure reporting integrity.
• Partner with Finance to support accurate trade accruals and month-end close.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to improve trade efficiency and savings targets.
• Evaluate promotional ROI and lead post-promotion reviews with leadership.
