Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Leader to partner with Sales and Marketing, owning the commercial P&L narrative and driving pricing discipline. You will build margin visibility, manage trade spend, and align finance with sales, marketing, innovation, and supply chain.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial finance or FP&A, with proven ability to forecast top-line performance and optimize customer profitability. Strong leadership and a startup-like mindset are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as the go-to finance partner for Sales and Marketing.
• 8+ years in commercial finance, FP&A, revenue or trade finance.
• Own a commercial or top-line forecast (AOP, rolling forecast, or customer-level planning).
• Direct experience with trade spend, pricing/revenue growth management, and customer profitability.
• Track record of pricing architecture, promo ROI frameworks, or customer profitability models.
• Comfort presenting financial trade-offs to senior leadership.
