Job summary

Servier seeks a Sr. Director, Trade & Distribution in Boston to lead the US commercial supply chain and channel strategy.

You will design and optimize a high‑performing distribution network, oversee 3PL, specialty pharmacy, and distributor ecosystems, and set the long‑term trade operations roadmap. You will lead enterprise‑level negotiations with wholesalers and national chains, drive GTN strategy, and build a data‑driven, scalable function that supports launches and lifecycle management across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years of leadership in pharmaceutical trade and distribution.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy and 3PL sectors.
• Leadership in trade strategy for multiple US product launches, especially in specialty or orphan drugs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long‑term US distribution strategy, including selection/oversight of 3PL partners and bespoke LDNs.
• Lead enterprise‑level negotiations with wholesalers and national chains.
• Oversee GTN and channel cost structures, inventory, and risk management.
• Build and mentor a team, influence C‑suite stakeholders, and drive cross‑functional change.
