Job summary

Servier Pharmaceuticals, a Boston-based biopharmaceutical company, seeks an Associate Director, U.S. Trade & Distribution to lead the distribution network, drive GPO contract pull-through, and ensure revenue integrity and compliance. This role reports to the Senior Director and focuses on operationalizing agreements across the U.S.

channel. The candidate will bring 8+ years in pharma trade or commercial operations, with a Bachelor's degree and strong Excel/BI, GTN, and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive pharmaceutical trade, market access, or commercial operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in Oncology or Rare Diseases is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operationalization of the U.S. trade channel and GPO contracts; translate terms into workflows.
• Manage performance metrics for wholesalers and specialty pharmacies; monitor SLAs and POI.
• Oversee chargeback adjudication and CMS alignment; ensure GTN mechanics understanding and forecasting support.
• Collaborate with Contract Admin and GTN/Government Operations to ensure CoT and inventory controls.
