Job summary

Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants (CIRI) seeks a Program Manager - TPS Services in Bridgeport, CT to lead a new TPS support program. You will supervise two Case Managers, oversee day-to-day service delivery, and coordinate with legal and social services to help clients achieve stability.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, community partnerships, and trauma-informed, client-centered service delivery. Travel within Connecticut is needed on occasion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in case management, human services, immigrant services, or related field.
• Supervisory or program management experience preferred.
• Experience working with immigrant, vulnerable, or underserved communities preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach staff while maintaining accountability and standards.
• Comfort with databases and technology platforms.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within Connecticut.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and implementation of TPS services program.
• Supervise two Case Managers with supervision, coaching, and professional development.
• Monitor caseloads, client services, documentation, and program data against grant goals.
• Build relationships with community organizations and partners serving immigrant communities.
• Coordinate with legal services and other internal programs to connect clients with resources.
• Support outreach and community events across Connecticut assignments.
• Provide direct client support for complex or urgent situations.
• Identify gaps in services and develop referral resources and partnerships.
