Job summary

ReadyCT is seeking a Program Manager for the INTEGRITY Initiative in Hartford, CT. You will lead the Hartford site liaison with IRIS, embedding career readiness and paid internships across district pathways while monitoring US federal grant metrics.

You will drive cross‑agency collaboration, track performance against KPIs, and ensure timely, data-driven reporting to funders. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive project or program management experience within workforce development, youth-serving nonprofits, or urban education systems.
• Deep understanding of challenges faced by Multilanguage Learners, immigrants, and refugee communities.
• Outstanding relationship-building skills with cross-organization collaboration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to track, analyze, and report data to KPIs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, Google Workspace and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Liaison & Pathway Integration: coordinate ReadyCT pathways with IRIS and district partners.
• Program Delivery & Internship Coordination: support curriculum delivery and youth internships.
• Accountability & Data Management: track milestones and report outcomes to grantors and leadership.
• Partnership & Cross-Agency Advocacy: build relationships with employers and advisory boards.
